• "Real Money Funds" means cash deposited by a Player from their own payment method, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or USDT TRC20.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer table, crash game, jackpot game, virtual sport, or specialty game available on the m999game platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the m999game platform, covering cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other sports markets offered.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake of Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds placed on a Game or Sportsbook market on the m999game platform.

By registering an m999game account, you represent, warrant, and confirm the following:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the m999game platform.

If m999game discovers at any point that an Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, m999game will immediately suspend the Account, void any outstanding wagers, and return the deposited Real Money Funds balance to the original payment method minus any bonus credits applied. m999game is not obligated to pay winnings generated on an ineligible account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the m999game platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

All financial transactions on the m999game platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m999game does not accept deposits in foreign currencies for Pakistani player accounts. Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa: PKR 100. Minimum deposit via bank transfer: PKR 500.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to compliance review.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods; PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Identity verification (CNIC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This is a mandatory compliance requirement and not subject to waiver.

The following general betting rules apply across all m999game products:

• Maximum Wager limits apply per Game and per Sportsbook market and are displayed within the relevant Game or market interface. m999game reserves the right to adjust individual player limits based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

Live Dealer Games produce outcomes through physical card draws and wheel spins conducted on camera in real time. Gambling outcomes on the m999game platform are determined by chance or by sporting events outside m999game's control. m999game makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of winning or the financial outcome of any gambling activity conducted on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.

m999game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, without prior notice, if m999game determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other m999game policy.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Activity on the Account gives rise to compliance concerns under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require m999game to restrict access for certain categories of user.
